2 lbs beefsteak
1 lb. thick sliced potatoes
½ cup white vinegar
3 medium sliced tomatoes
1 medium sliced onion
1 sliced red pepper
1 yellow pepper
3.5 oz "La Anita" Annatto Condiment
Vegetable oil or lard
salt to taste

Marinate the meat and season half an hour with "La Anita" Annatto Condiment previously diluted with vinegar and salt (mix). Fry tomatoes, onions, red and yellow pepper in lard, add little mix of annatto condiment. Make layers in a roast pan placing the potatoes over the meat and on top of everything add the vegetables, add some water and lard. Cook without over dry the meat.
