1 chicken cut in pieces
3.92 oz "La Anita" Annatto Condiment
vinegar o sour orange
10 roasted garlic clove
1 medium roasted onion
2 medium sliced onions
6 oregano leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the chicken with roasted garlic and onion, oregano and salt. Dilute the "La Anita" Annatto Condiment with the vinegar, drain the chicken, but do not throw out the broth. Marinate the chicken in the annatto mix and place it on the grill. You can make a soup with the broth, adding some noodles. The dish can be acompanied with refried beans.
