Pibil Chicken



Grilled Pork Ribs


2 lbs. pork ribs
3.92 oz "La Anita" Annato Condiment
"La Anita" White vinegar
4 garlic cloves
salt and black pepper to taste


Dilute the "La Anita" Annatto Condiment with vinegar, salt, black pepper and minced garlic. Soak the ribs, and let them in the diluted condiment for 2 or more hours. Grill or bake them. Serve with "La Anita" red or green Hot Sauces.
