1 chicken cut in pieces
3 oz "La Anita" Annato Condiment
¾ cup "La Anita" white vinegar
3 sliced tomatoes
2 sliced onions
¼ cup lard or vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves
aluminium foil
"epazote" leaves if you desire
"habanero" pepper and salt

Marinate the chicken for 2 hours with the "La Anita" Annatto Condiment , previously diluted with vinegar and salt. Place individual piece on aluminum foil, top it with tomatoes, onion, salt and wrap it. Cook them in a steamer until the chicken is ready.
