2 lbs. pork or beef steak
3.92 oz. of "La Anita" Annatto Condiment
"La Anita" white vinegar
4 garlic cloves
salt and black pepper to taste

Dilute the "La Anita" Annatto Condiment with vinegar, salt , black pepper and garlic clove (minced), simmer steaks with this mix, and let them season for about 2 hours or more, then place them on the grill. Serve with a la charros beans, potatoes and grilled onions.
