
“Al Pastor Shrimp Tropical Salad” – La Anita
Ingredients
- 100 g romaine lettuce
- 30 g cherry tomato
- 50 g diced cheddar cheese
- 50 g fried tortilla strips
- 50 g grilled pineapple
- 20 g thinly sliced red onion
- 50 ml Al pastor dressing (Recipe 1)
- 150 g Al pastor shrimps (Recipe 2)
Instructions
- Wash and disinfect all the ingredients. Then, mix everything in a bowl.
- Add cooked shrimps.
- Add dressing.
- Serve.
Recipe 1
- 10 g Al pastor Marinade Sauce “La Anita”
- 25 g lime juice
- 30 g pineapple juice
- 150 g oil
- 100 g tamarind syrup
- Salt to taste
- Blend all the ingredients except oil.
- With the blender still on, add oil little by little.
- Keep dressing aside.
Recipe 2
- 130 g colossal shrimps
- 20 g pastor marinade paste
- 40 g pineapple juice
- Blend the marinade paste and the pineapple juice.
- Marinate shrimps at least for 30 minutes.
- Cook shrimps in a grill or a frying pan.
