“Spice up your taste” -La Anita
- 350 g precooked shrimp
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 250 g flour
- 100 g Achiote Paste, La Anita
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 egg
- Cooking oil
- Chopped chive
- Mix in a bowl breadcrumbs, flour, Achiote Paste, La Anita, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, slightly whisk the eggs.
- First, coat the shrimps with the whisked eggs. Then, coat with the breadcrumbs mix.
- Heat oil and fry shrimps until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle chopped chive.
