Achiote and Lime Shrimp PopCorns

Ingredients

  • 350 g precooked shrimp
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g Achiote Paste, La Anita
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 egg
  • Cooking oil
  • Chopped chive

Instructions

  1. Mix in a bowl breadcrumbs, flour, Achiote Paste, La Anita, salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, slightly whisk the eggs.
  3. First, coat the shrimps with the whisked eggs. Then, coat with the breadcrumbs mix.
  4. Heat oil and fry shrimps until golden brown.
  5. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
  6. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle chopped chive.
